Actress Charu Asopa has revealed that she was recently approached for Bigg Boss. However, the actress shared that she decided against considering the offer because raising her daughter, Ziana, is her priority at this stage of life.In her latest vlog, Charu opened up about the offer and explained why she is choosing projects that allow her to stay close to her daughter.
Speaking about the reality show, Charu said, “In fact, two days ago, I got a call from Bigg Boss. But right now, the changes I’ve made in my life have all been for Ziana. I don’t want to stay away from her. I want to do work that allows me to be with her while also fulfilling my responsibilities as a mother.”She further explained that she is only willing to take up work that lets her remain with her daughter. “If there’s any work I can do while staying with her, that’s the kind of work I want to take up. But if a project requires me to leave her and stay away from her, then at this point in my life, I don’t want to do that.”The actress also revealed that this was one of the reasons she started singing after moving away from Mumbai. “The main reason I started singing was also because I wanted to stay with Ziana and do whatever little work I could while being around her.
If I wanted to work away from her, then I would never have left Mumbai in the first place. I would have continued living there.”Concluding her thoughts, Charu said that every person has different priorities, and for her, everything revolves around her daughter. “Basically, everyone has their own priorities. Despite everything, I want to fulfil every dream that Ziana has. For that, I may have to work a little harder and take on a little more stress.
When Ziana is asleep, I’ll have to do some extra work. When she’s at school, I’ll have to do some extra work.
And that’s fine.”Moreover, looking back at her time in Mumbai, Charu recalled raising her daughter with little support and became emotional. “There was a time in Mumbai when I had no one. I handled everything by myself. Whenever I was working, I was under tremendous stress. If I left Ziana at home with her nannies, that stress stayed with me throughout the day. I know what I’ve gone through,” she shared.“There’s no point dwelling on the past. Let’s move on in life. I’ve already moved on, and I’m genuinely happy in my life. So don’t worry. Sometimes I may get a little tired, but that’s all,” she concluded.
