CM to inagurate temple in Yadgir on Saturday

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will inaugurate the newly constructed Bhojalingeshwar temple in Sungur (N) village of Chittapur taluk and dedicate a silver ratha and a kalyan mantapa on Saturday.

Addressing a press conference on the temple premises on Monday, Peethadhipathi of Bhojalingeshwar temple Hiragappa Thatha said that various religious programmes and special puja will begin two days ahead of the event.

The temple was built in the name of Bhojalingeshwar who treated all human beings equally and spread harmony in society.

The temple authorities have continued the same principles even today, with the prime concept of education and equal rights for all, he said.

Ministers Priyank Kharge, Byrati Suresh, Sharan Prakash Patil, Sharanabasappa Darshanapur, Satish Jarkiholi, Shivaraj Tangadagi, B.Z. Zameer Ahmed Khan, MPs Radhakrishna Doddamani, G. Kumar Naik, KKRDB Chairman Ajay Singh, MLAs B.R. Patil, M.Y. Patil, Allamaprabhu Patil, Kaneez Fatima, Channareddy Patil Tunnur and others will take part in the event.
