Punjabi singer Jasmine Sandlas briefly stopped her live show in Delhi after noticing alleged harassment in the audience. The incident, which unfolded during her energetic set, has since gone viral on social media.
A circulating video shows the singer interrupting her performance to directly address the security team. Jasmine, known for her powerful stage presence, made it clear that she would not continue unless her female fans felt safe.The singer was performing popular tracks, including the title number from ‘Dhurandhar’ and the high-energy song ‘Shararat’, when she paused the concert. In the viral clip, Jasmine is heard firmly telling the organisers, “Security, can you please remove these two guys as they are troubling these women.
I will not perform if women don’t feel safe in my concert.” She further added, “I won’t sing otherwise.”Following her statement, security personnel intervened and escorted the men out of the venue. The crowd responded with cheers, applauding the singer’s decisive stand. Jasmine Sandlas has been one of the voices behind the fiery dance track ‘Shararat’, composed by Shashwat Sachdev, alongside singer Madhubanti Bagchi.
The song features in Aditya Dhar’s action drama ‘Dhurandhar’. Directed by Dhar, the film has emerged as one of the biggest Hindi releases of 2025.Jasmine is currently riding high on success, as both the 'Dhurandhar' title track and 'Shararat' have emerged as chartbusters. The 'Dhurandhar' title track also marked rapper Hanumankind’s Bollywood debut. Beyond its music, the film itself became a major commercial success, reportedly collecting over Rs. 1,300 crore worldwide at the box office. Starring Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles, it became the first Bollywood film to cross Rs.
