Rebel star Prabhas, known for his love of home-cooked meals, once flew food from Chennai to his 'Adipurush' set for a cheat meal day. His team was astonished when the special spread arrived after a long wait, proving his dedication to treating those around him. Prabhas's upcoming projects include 'Spirit', 'Kalki 2898 AD', and 'Salaar'.

Rebel star Prabhas,apart from being a huge star, is also known for being a huge admirer of home-cooked food. The ‘Baahubali’ actor always takes care of the people around him. On movie sets, he often treats his team and crew with food.

Once, he took his love for food to another level when he even flew food all the way from Chennai.

Cheat meal day turns special

During a chat with the team of ‘Couple Friendly’, Prabhas shared a sweet story from the sets of ‘Adipurush’. He shared that it was a cheat meal day on the set, and it was one of those days when the crew gets to eat what they actually want. Prabhas told the team he would arrange food for everyone. They thought food would come soon, but little did they know it was coming from Chennai.

Food that came by flight

The team was waiting for hours for the food. Everyone there got to hear that the food is coming from Chennai. The team thought it was from a nearby Tamil hotel. But that was not true. Prabhas meant Chennai city itself. The ‘Spirit’ actor said, “The food had been packed into a hot box in the city, handed to a person who boarded a flight, and was now making its way to the set from several hundred kilometers away.”Finally, when the food arrived, it was worth the wait. He shared that when the food arrived, everyone was shocked.

He said, “Everyone was like, you are something else Darling.”

Prabhas’ upcoming work

On the work front, Prabhas will be next seen in the upcoming action drama film, ‘Spirit’, which is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Apart from it, he will also be working on the sequels ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ and ‘Salaar’.He was last seen in ‘The Raja Saab’, which had a disappointing run at the box office.
