To simplify property services, the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has enabled citizens to download their e-Khata online using the SAS Property Tax ID, eliminating the need to visit civic offices.

The initiative covers all five Bengaluru city corporations. Officials said that the move is expected to make around 13 lakh e-Khatas readily accessible to property owners, cutting down delays and procedural hurdles.
