East Singhbhum Local Body Elections: Observers Appointed for Fair Polls on Feb 23

Jamshedpur: The State Election Commission (SEC) has appointed general and expenditure observers to three poll-bound urban local bodies in East Singhbhum district. The appointments were made to ensure free and fair elections on Feb 23.

The commission has appointed Swaminandan as expenditure observer (7992276484) and Jitendra Kumar Dev (8986618702) as general observer for the Mango Municipal Corporation. Uma Shankar Singh (7979090803) has been appointed as expenditure observer and Rajesh Kumar Sah (8986618707) as general observer for Jugsalai Municipal Council. Sumit Kumar (9334914694) and Vishnu Deo Kachap (7544056822) were appointed expenditure and general observers for Chakulia Nagar Panchayat. The observers will operate from circuit house in Bistupur and at Extension Director Bungalow in Moubhandar area of Ghatsila.
