‘Euphoria’ Season 3 Update: Hans Zimmer boards alongside returning composer Labrinth - Deets Inside!

‘Euphoria’ season 3 just got a massive update! Famed composer and music producer Hans Zimmer is all set to join the latest season of the drama series. On the other hand, Labrinth is also set to return to the beloved series. He previously worked on creating the music for the first two seasons of the show as well, leaving fans excited.

Hans Zimmer joins ‘Euphoria’ production team as composer

As per reports from Deadline, the renowned music producer is all set to take on the new project, and even expressed his excitement over the matter as well. In a statement issued by the creator of the music for ‘Interstellar’,

shared that he was “honoured” to join the team. He shared, “It’s an honour to join this incredible team of storytellers led by the visionary Sam Levinson. Together, they have crafted such a bold and moving series that has meant so much to audiences”He also praised Labrinth’s work on the series and talked about how excited he is to work with him. He added in his statement that Labrinth’s music has “shaped the show’s identity and I’m looking forward to contributing to the ongoing story and helping shape this new season through music”.

Labrinth previously worked on the music and scoring for the first two seasons of ‘Euphoria’, and with his return to the popular show, fans have been excited. He also shared a statement about his return, stating, “Another chapter in the Euphoria universe! So great to join Hans, one of my heroes in film score, and bring some new magic to this new season. Love x.”

Levinson also weighs in on 'Euphoria' Season 3

Sam Levinson, the creator of the show, also expressed his excitement over Zimmer joining the team as well. He shared that he is excited that Hans will be able to push them to new and unknown heights this season.He also added, “It’s a true honour to be working alongside Hans. I wrote this season to the score of ‘Interstellar’ and ‘True Romance.’ So he’s been ingrained in the creative DNA since the beginning”.The third season of the series is currently in production and will shift the plot focus onto Nate Jacobs' father, Cal. Show regulars such as Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Eric Dane, Hunter Schafer, Alexa Demie, and many others will reprise their roles on the show. Another fan favourite, Barbie Ferreira, however, has officially confirmed that her character will not be making a return in the upcoming season.
