One of the standout fixtures of the final round of the FIFA World Cup 2026 group stage sees Colombia and Portugal battle for top spot in Group K at Hard Rock Stadium in Florida on Saturday.

Both sides have already done enough to put themselves on the brink of the knockout stage, but finishing first could prove crucial by offering a potentially more favourable last-32 draw. Colombia head into the contest with the advantage, knowing that a draw will be enough to secure top spot after consecutive victories over Uzbekistan and DR Congo.

Portugal, meanwhile, cannot afford anything less than victory. Cristiano Ronaldo starred in that victory, reminding everyone why Portugal remain among the favourites to challenge for the World Cup title.

With qualification all but secured for Portugal and already confirmed for Colombia, both teams can afford to attack without worrying too much about elimination, setting up what promises to be one of the most entertaining matches of the group stage.
