Food safety teams find labelling lapses, uncovered food at Sattibabu Biryani in Kondapur

The food safety teams of the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) conducted an inspection at Sattibabu Biryani in Kondapur on Saturday (June 20, 2026) and detected minor hygiene violations.

According to officials, flies were found near food items as some containers had been left uncovered during the inspection. The teams also observed that the ghee procured by the establishment did not carry proper labelling.

Following the inspection, the officials instructed the management to ensure that all food items are kept covered at all times to prevent contamination. They also directed the establishment to procure and maintain properly labelled food products in compliance with food safety norms.
