Four injured as wall collapses in Falaknuma

Four members of a family were injured after a wall of their house collapsed in Yatri Hills, Falaknuma, on Thursday night.

The injured include two children aged 10 and 13, a 60-year-old woman, and a 45-year-old man. All of them sustained minor injuries in the incident.

According to Falaknuma Inspector A. Seethaiah, the wall, which was constructed around 15 years ago, was a common structure shared between two adjoining houses. At around 11 p.m. on Thursday, the wall collapsed, causing injuries to the family members present inside the house.

The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment and are reported to be in a stable condition.

Police said that no formal complaint had been received in connection with the incident so far. Once a case is filed, the investigation will be initiated.
