Jaipur: The Jaipur Municipal Corporation sealed four marriage gardens in the city Thursday for failing to provide the mandatory parking space required under civic rules.The action was part of a special enforcement drive carried out in the Mansarovar zone against institutions violating municipal norms.A joint team from the revenue and vigilance wing conducted inspections at several wedding venues across the city. During the inspections, officials found that the venues did not have the mandatory 25% parking arrangement prescribed under the rules.The sealed venues included Swarn Garden on New Sanganer Road in Mansarovar, Balaji Palace on Sirsi Road in Bhankrota, KK Paradise in Mangyawas, and Utsav Marriage Garden in Narayan Vihar.During the same drive, JMC took action against five dairy booths for allegedly selling tobacco products. Challans were issued against the operators.
