DISTRICT): To say it is difficult to reach Dharali after the floods ravaged it on August 5 would be a great understatement.
Landslides have turned the roads into narrow ledges where a misstep could mean a fall into the river. Sections of tarmac have given way and the riverbank is choked with silt and fallen tree trunks.
