New Delhi: Google’s upcoming Pixel 11 series might going to bring a notable display upgrade, with the latest reports it is indicating that the devices might going to use Samsung’s upcoming M16 OLED panels. These panels are also expected to feature on Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro models, by suggesting a shared shift to newer display technology across the flagship devices.
The upcoming M16 panel might deliver improvements in brightness, color output, and power efficiency, compared to current-generation screens.
Pixel 11 series might be among the first devices to adopt Samsung’s latest display panels, by offering Google’s recent August unveil timeline, which typically precedes Apple’s September iPhone releases. At the same time, the current flagship devices, such as Pixel 10 Pro and iPhone 17 series, are stated to use the older M14 OLED panels.
Samsung’s own Galaxy S-series devices might adopt the latest panels later, with the Galaxy S27 series expected to arrive after competing devices already transition to the upgraded display technology.
Google Pixel 11 might bring several subtle design changes, including an all-black camera bar on the rear, replacing the dual-tone finish seen on the Pixel 10.
LED Flash is also expected to sit within the same black module as the cameras, whereas the device might also feature slimmer bezels. Overall design and dimensions are expected to remain largely similar to its previous models.
