Guwahati High Court denies anticipatory bail to Pawan Khera

Furthermore, the court observed that the leader was avoiding police investigation and dragged an innocent woman, who is not in politics, into the controversy to gain political mileage. The legal team for the Congress leader argued the allegations were politically motivated, but the court rejected this, stating there is no material to suggest the case aims to humiliate him.
