HDK extends helping hand to ailing woman and her distressed family in Nanjangud

In a humanitarian gesture, Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel H.D. Kumaraswamy visited the house of Pooja, 24, a resident of Hullahalli village in Nanjangud taluk, who has been bedridden due to a medical illness, and extended his support to her and her distressed family.

Mr. Kumaraswamy, who learnt about Pooja and her family’s condition from a video that had been shared on social media, spent about 45 minutes at her house on Friday, interacting with her, her husband Ravi, father Kumar, and mother Sheela and assured them of his support.
