Help desk set up to support entrepreneurs in environmental clearances

The Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB) on Wednesday established a dedicated help desk in Srikakulam to help entrepreneurs obtaining mandatory clearances, Environmental Engineer B. Karunasri stated in a release.

Stating that the help desk was established APPCB Chairman P. Krishnaiah’s in Srikakulam, she said, entrepreneurs will be benefitted in getting clearances such as Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) from the pollution board.

Assistant Environmental Engineer V. Vamsi Satyanarayana and other team members will process the applications within 72 hours of their submission in the office.

The entrepreneurs and their representatives can get the assistance from the help desk on other administrative matters.
