HLL inks MoU with NIMHANS to strengthen mental health initiatives

As part of its foray into mental health space, HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Central public sector enterprise (PSE), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) to strengthen mental health initiatives, with a focus on workplace mental health and capacity building.

The objective of the programme is to offer dignified, affordable, accessible, and technology-driven mental health care services that can cater to individuals across all age groups in India and abroad, according to a press release on Friday.

The MoU covers mental health awareness and promotion, capacity building for health-care professionals, research and development, advocacy for mental health policies, workplace interventions – sustainable integration of psychological services in the Central PSEs across the country jointly by the HLL and NIMHANS.
