Honor Magic 9 Pro Max expected with upgraded video capabilities

New Delhi: Honor has recently announced that it’s going to introduce its latest flagship phone. This is going to include three models: Magic 9, Magic 9 Pro, and Magic 9 Pro Max.

In some leaks, it has been claimed that the upcoming Honor flagship device is going to be powered by the next-generation 2nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset, which is expected to place a stronger emphasis on imaging capabilities. In some reports, it is experimenting with two different 200MP main camera sensors.

This device is also expected to feature a 200MP periscope telephoto camera wth the large 1/1.4-inch sensor, with the major emphasis being placed on video hardware improvements. Magic 9 series will come with ARRI-powered imaging capabilities, bringing significant improvements to both photography and video recording performance.

ARRI is a professional cinema company known for producing high-end cinema cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment used in Hollywood films.

Honor Magic 9 Pro Max will go on to pack other features like an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, 3D face recognition, flagship-grade stereo speakers, high-level water resistance, and potentially an upgraded X-axis vibration motor. It features a 6.8-inch flat OLED display with support for 1.5K and LIPO technology. It is also expected to house the massive 8,000mAh battery and run on MagicOS 11-based Android 17.
