Vivek Ramaswamy condemned the brutal killing of Indian-origin Chandra Nagamallaiah in Dallas.
Republican leader Vivek Ramaswamy finally spoke out on the gruesome killing of Indian-origin Chandra Nagamallaiah, a hotel manager in Dallas and condemned the lawlessness. "An innocent Dallas hotel manager was brutally beheaded in front of his wife & son, by an illegal migrant who had a final order of removal & such a bad criminal history that Cuba refused to accept him.
He was released on Jan 13, right before Biden left office. This is horrific. It’s time to restore the rule of law," Ramaswamy posted after his silence was questioned and he was trolled for not condemning the incident.
Before Ramaswamy, Democrat leader Ro Khanna spoke out against the horrific killing and exclaimed that the killer, a known criminal, an illegal migrant whom Cuba refused to take because of his criminal history, was roaming freely on American streets.
"The brutal beheading of a hardworking Indian American immigrant in front of his wife & son is horrific. The murderer had multiple prior arrests for violent theft & child endangerment & was undocumented.
He should not have been free on American streets," he wrote. The statements came as Indian-American politicians were slammed over their silence on the incident, even after the horrific video of how Nagamallaiah was beheaded in front of his wife and son and then his head was kicked, went viral sending a chill down the spine. Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, the killer, took a machette and chased the Indian-origin businessman, his boss, after he was upset that the boss told him to not use the broken washing machine, but did not tell him directly, asked another employee to translate it for him.
