Hyderabad hosts national autism summit to strengthen care and inclusion

In a step towards advancing awareness and policy-level action on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad, in collaboration with the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID), organised the “National Autism Stakeholders Summit 2026.” on Saturday.

The two-day national conference brought together over 500 experts, including pediatric neurologists, neuroscientists, therapists, policymakers, researchers, educators, NGOs, and families from across the country.
