Hyderabad: Marital dispute leads to deadly group clash in Sulthanabad; 2 men killed

HYDERABAD: A marital dispute led to the murder of two people in Peddapalli on Tuesday. According to Sulthanabad police, the relationship between M Lakshmi and her husband, Marraiah, got strained.

In an attempt to resolve the issues in their marriage, family members from both sides gathered in Sulthanabad.The discussion turned into a violent confrontation between the two groups. Some individuals, who were armed, attacked others with knives and stones. During the clash, Marraiah's brother, Mallesh (32), died from knife injuries. Likewise, Ganesh (45), a friend of Lakshmi's brother, also died after being struck with a stone.
