“I’m not a Taylor Swift fan”: Coco Gauff jokes Swifties will attack her after failing to name The Life of a Showgirl album

In a fun video shared by the Tennis Channel on February 16, the two time Grand Slam champion was asked a simple question about Taylor Swift. She could not answer it right away, and she laughed, saying, “Oh my god, the Swifties are gonna attack me.”

The clip quickly spread online and fans saw Coco Gauff, 21, trying to name Taylor Swift’s latest album. She first admitted, “I’m not a Taylor Swift fan so I don’t know.” She covered her mouth and laughed, clearly embarrassed but still smiling. When the interviewer gave her a small hint, saying “Life of a…,” she completed it and said, “Oh, Life of a Showgirl. Okay, but that kind of helped. Yeah.” The video was posted on the official Tennis Channel Instagram page.

It showed several tennis players being asked the same Taylor Swift trivia question.

Sorry.”The question was about Taylor Swift’s most recent album, The Life of a Showgirl.

The interviewer asked each player if they could name it. Most of them could not.Even though Gauff missed it at first, her reaction made fans smile. She did not try to pretend she knew the answer.
