ICAI to hold seminar on Budget 2026 in Mysuru on Feb 21

The Mysuru branch of SIRC of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will be holding a seminar titled ‘Budget 2026: A Fiscal Blueprint for India’s Future’ at the Builders’ Association of India (BAI) premises in Mysuru on Saturday.

The seminar scheduled to be held from 9.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. aims to provide in-depth analysis and expert insight into the Union Budget 2026, focusing on direct taxes, indirect taxes (GST & Customs), regulatory updates, policy implications, and the broader economic roadmap for India’s growth, said Chairman of ICAI’s Mysuru Branch (SIRC) Bhargava S. at a press conference here on Wednesday.

The seminar will feature eminent speakers and subject-matter experts like Prashanth G. S., Member of the Committee for Members in Practice, ICAI, New Delhi, Navaneeth S. B., who advises Indian and multinational businesses across diverse industries, Abhishek V., who handles GST consulting, litigation, compliance and audit functions, and Gaurav Shah, who handles Indirect tax advisory and litigation.

“The seminar is designed to benefit chartered accountants, tax professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, finance professionals, students, and all individuals interested in understanding the fiscal direction of the nation,” said a statement issued by the organisers.
