Akhil Akkineni will be next seen in the upcoming movie ‘Lenin’ after a long gap since he was last seen in 2023. His latest projects have had fans up and running after a positive response to the song numbers released.

However, it seems that the movie might get delayed from the release date on May 1, 2026, as Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ is hitting the big screens around the same time.

Release date trouble due to ‘Peddi’

Makers of the much-anticipated pan-India movie, ‘Peddi’ starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead, had earlier announced that it will be released on March 27. However, a few days ago, they revealed that it has been delayed and will now hit the silver screen on April 30. This change in the release would naturally affect the box office run of the Akhil Akkineni starrer.

Henceforth, a report by 123Telugu suggests that the makers of ‘Lenin’ might consider postponing the film. No tentative date has been mentioned as of now.

Sang by Jubin Nautiyal and Shwetha Mohan, it received a positive response from the fans. Renowned musician Thaman is composing the tunes for the film.
