Jayaprada calls 'FauzI' her lucky project; feels glad to work with Prabhas and Mithun; praises ‘Spirit’ actor’s ‘working style’

Veteran Jayaprada is marking her return to the big screen in the Prabhas-starrer period action drama ‘Fauzi’. Directed by ‘Sita Ramam’ fame Hanu Raghavapudi, she will be seen playing the mother of Rebel Star’s character in the film.

Recently, she shared her joy working on the film, which also includes another Bollywood legend, Mithun Chakraborty.

Excited to share Screen with Prabhas and Mithun Chakraborty

As per a report by Moneycontrol, during an event, Jayaprada spoke about working in ‘Fauzi’. She said she is very excited to be part of this film. She is also glad to work with Prabhas and Mithun Chakraborty. The actress said, “I am doing Fauzi with Prabhas and Mithun da. I feel lucky to have been part of this project.”

Jayaprada praises Prabhas’ dedication

In the film, Jayaprada will be seen as Prabhas’ mother. She spoke kindly about the actor and his work style. She said, “Prabhas’ dedication and working style is very good.” She looked happy while talking about the film and her role.In addition to it, Jayaprada also shared her thoughts about her long journey in cinema. She said a person needs to show feelings well, have deep emotions, and stay disciplined to last long in films.

She thanked her fans for always loving her and giving her good roles from her first movie, ‘Anthuleni Katha’. She said she stepped away from acting slowly after joining politics, but she still loves movies a lot. She now wants to do stronger and different roles in the future. On the work front, Jayaprada was most recently seen in the film ‘Riwaj: A Riwaj Which Broke After Many Centuries’.

About ‘Fauzi’

Speaking of ‘Fauzi’, the film will be a period action drama set in the 1940s during India’s freedom struggle, where Prabhas will be seen playing a cop. It stars internet fame Imanvi Ismail as the female lead and also features Mithun Chakraborty and Anupam Kher.
