Jharkhand Man Pushes Wife Off Train, Shocked Passengers Witness Miracle Of Her Survival

A shocking incident unfolded in Jharkhand on July 4 when a young man from Uttar Pradesh pushed his wife out of a moving train, leading to a miraculous survival.

Khushboo Kumari, 25, was travelling from Barkakana to Varanasi on Tuesday aboard the Varanasi Express. The incident occurred as the train passed between Bhurkunda and Patratu stations within the East Central Railway division. Without warning, her husband suddenly pushed her out of the train, causing her to fall into a water-filled ditch.

Despite sustaining injuries, Khushboo survived the fall. A railway lineman discovered her and promptly alerted the Railway Protection Force (RPF). She was rushed to a local government hospital, and the doctors referred her to the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Ranchi for further treatment.

Barkakana GRP officer Manohar Barla stated that the investigation into the incident is ongoing. During the preliminary investigation, Khushboo shared that she is from Deoria district in Uttar Pradesh and got married a year ago. She alleged that her husband had pushed her out of the train with the intention of killing her.

“I am alive only by the grace of God," Khushboo said emotionally. The police are thoroughly investigating the case and collecting all evidence to take appropriate legal action against the accused.
