Jio down: Thousands of users report no signal issue

Reliance Jio customers are facing a downtime currently. According to Downdetector.com, thousands of Jio users are unable to make calls or access internet data. The website tracking data shows that 67% users have reported facing ‘No Signal’ issue, while a 17% reported ‘Total Blackout’ issue. At the time of writing, over 6,500 reports were registered on the Downdetector website. Notably, the outage seems to be impacting select users only, as members of Times of India tech team have not faced any service disruptions in internet or mobile connectivity. Last week, Airtel users also faced network errors. The telecom operator's network faced outage in select circles twice in the week.(This is a developing story)
