Actor Darshan Thoogudeepa’s son Vineesh has found himself at the centre of social media speculation following reports of a minor road incident in Bengaluru’s Rajarajeshwari Nagar, which quickly triggered confusion and conflicting narratives online.

Initial reports had suggested that a Ford Endeavour linked to Vineesh was involved in a collision with a two-wheeler. These claims further alleged that the incident led to a heated exchange with locals present at the spot. The story rapidly gained traction on social media platforms, where multiple unverified versions of the incident began circulating.

However, the developments were later clarified and strongly dismissed by the family. Actor Darshan’s wife Vijayalakshmi Darshan issued a statement on social media rejecting the claims, terming them misleading and not reflective of what actually transpired.

In her clarification, she said that Vineesh was not driving the vehicle at the time of the incident. She further explained that he had stepped out only after the situation occurred in order to check on the condition of the two-wheeler riders involved.

She also maintained that the driver of the vehicle was not at fault in the incident. According to her statement, the individuals riding the two-wheeler later apologised at the spot, indicating that the matter was resolved immediately at the scene itself.

Importantly, she clarified that no injuries were reported in the incident. The family’s statement comes amid growing online speculation and the circulation of unverified claims, urging the public to avoid spreading misinformation and to rely only on confirmed details.
