Kerala Assembly polls 206: Three people cast their votes in Pachakkanam booth inside Periyar Tiger Reserve

Three people cast their votes at the remote Pachakkanam polling booth located deep within the Periyar Tiger Reserve. The booth was specifically set up at the Pachakkanam Anganwadi to accommodate a total of six registered voters: five men and one woman.

The first voter, 62-year-old Silvester, cast his ballot around 7 a.m. He was later joined by two other voters, Aravindakshan and Prabu. Interestingly, Silvester was the only person to vote at this booth during the last local body election.
