According to a notification issued by Kerala Lok Bhavan, Satheesan will oversee a total of 35 departments.

The Kerala government on Tuesday announced the allocation of portfolios in the newly formed cabinet, with Chief Minister VD Satheesan keeping several major departments, including Finance, Law, General Administration and Ports.

According to a notification issued by Kerala Lok Bhavan, Satheesan will oversee a total of 35 departments, while senior Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala has been given charge of the important Home and Vigilance departments. He will also handle three additional portfolios in the new cabinet.
