Rohit Shetty hosted stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi is all set to return with a new season. The show which had to take a break last year due to a conflict between the production house and the channel, will now be returning with season 15.The makers are currently finalising the show’s cast. While several television celebrities are being speculated in the media, the latest update is that Samarth Jurel, known for Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment, has been approached for the project.Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 will be shot in Cape Town, South Africa. The confirmed celebrities will travel to Cape Town in the last week of May 2026. Shooting for the show is expected to begin in June in Cape Town, South Africa.Samarth is currently seen in Laughter Chefs Season 3, and audiences love his comic timing, his pairing with Abhishek Kumar, and his bond with other contestants.In February this year, the channel announced the show's return by dropping an AI generated promo on the official Instagram account of the channel airing the show. Rohit Shetty confirmed about the show's comeback on Bigg Boss 19. While hosting Bigg Boss 19 in Salman Khan's absence last year, the filmmaker confirmed the return of KKK 15.

Rohit shared back then, "I should inform the audience that I was observing that they were unhappy about us ('Khatron Ke Khiladi') not being aired this year. But next year, 'Khatron Ke Khiladi' will return once again." He even stated how a few Bigg Boss 19 contestants could participate in KKK 15.Apart from Samarth, other celebrities like Abhishek Bajaj, Farrhana Bhatt, Tanya Mittal, Gaurav Khanna, Isha Malviya, Ankit Gupta, Manisha Rani have also been approached for the show.The Indian version of Fear Factor, Khatron Ke Khiladi, has been on air since 2008 and aired its 14th season in 2024.
