Krishna Kumar, Diya Krishna granted anticipatory bail

The Thiruvananthapuram Principal Sessions Court on Thursday granted anticipatory bail to BJP leader and actor G. Krishna Kumar and his daughter, Diya Krishna, in connection with allegations of abduction levelled by the latter’s employees.

The Crime Branch, which has been investigating the related cases, informed the court that there were clear indications of financial misconduct on the part of the three employees. They have been accused of embezzling funds from Ms. Diya’s store.
