New Delhi: Lava has officially revealed that its upcoming Lava Virat V1 5G and Virat V1 4G will debut in India on July 21. The phones will be sold exclusively through Flipkart, by marking the launch of Lava’s latest online-first Virat phone lineup. In teasers, it has been revealed that it comes with a flat display with a centered punch-hole selfie camera. Flat frame design, rectangular rear camera module. It will be available in two color options: Blue and Black.
Lava has officially teased some notable features with a 2-day battery life and AI-powered camera features. Clean Android experience with 5G connectivity. It might feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. In terms of the camera, it might come with a 50MP main camera sensor. It houses a huge 6,000mAh battery pack.
Lava might position the Virat V1 5G in the Rs 18,000-Rs 20,000 segment, although Lava has not confirmed pricing yet. Lava’s first dedicated online-exclusive phone series, aimed at Flipkart shoppers. Lava plans to compete against popular mid-range offerings from Redmi, Realme, iQOO, Samsung, Motorola, and Poco in the Rs 15,000-Rs 20,000 price segment.
