Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his 131st ‘Mann Ki Baat’ speech on Sunday (February 22, 2026), urged citizens to “be alert against digital arrest scams.”

In his speech, Mr. Modi mentioned the successful conclusion of the AI Impact Summit in New Delhi and said, “The India AI Impact Summit is a turning point for the world,” adding, “At the AI Impact Summit, world leaders were impressed by AI breakthroughs in the treatment of animals and 24/7 assistance to farmers.”

“World leaders were amazed to see how, with the help of AI, we are preserving ancient texts and knowledge,” he noted.

Commenting on the T20 World Cup, Mr. Modi said, “Numerous players of Indian origin are bringing pride to the countries they represent, and this is clearly visible in the T20 World Cup.”

PM Modi also paid tribute to the late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa ahead of her birth anniversary, noting that “she took many steps for the welfare of women.”
