Man falls into stormwater drain in Dahisar, rescued

Mumbai: A 34-year-old man was rescued by the police after he fell into a stormwater drain in Dahisar East recently.The incident occurred on June 30 at a stormwater drain at Ghartanpada no.

Police said the man was identified as Jayesh Sanas, a resident of Appapada in Malad East. There were some self-inflicted injuries on him. He was taken to a doctor and treated. Police said he was intoxicated. His family was tracked down and he was sent home with them.
