Mizoram guv celebrates foundation days of Bihar, Rajasthan, Odisha & Himachal

Aizawl: Under the aegis of the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative, Mizoram governor Gen Vijay Kumar Singh has led a combined celebration commemorating the foundation days of Bihar, Rajasthan, Odisha and Himachal Pradesh at the Durbar Hall of the Lok Bhavan in Aizawl.In his address, Gen Singh expressed delight at being able to celebrate the foundation days of these four states together. Highlighting their rich heritage and achievements, he said, “Each state is unique and excels in its own way. They possess immense potential and tremendous progress has been made in all these states over the years.”The governor lauded the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative and said, “Celebrating the foundation day of every state and Union Territory helps us understand one another’s traditions, heritage, and culture. It fosters the spirit of unity in diversity. India, as a whole, is a unique country, and our diversity is our greatest strength, which will guide us towards building a Viksit Bharat by 2047.”
