Mumbai: Man found dead outside Ghatkopar railway station

MUMBAI: A man was found dead outside Ghatkopar railway station early on Thursday. He had suffered severe head injuries. Police said an autopsy examination will reveal the exact cause of death.Around 12.30am, passengers alerted the Govt Railway Police (GRP) about an unknown man lying injured outside Ghatkopar station at the old ticket booking hall.

Police immediately moved him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. There was no identification on him and police are going through CCTV footage of Ghatkopar.Forensic experts have taken blood samples. Police have circulated the man's photographs in a bid to identify him.An accidental death has been recorded by Kurla GRP.
