N K Shukla new VC of Jananayak Chandrashekhar Univ

Prayagraj: Prof N K Shukla of the Electronics and Communication Department at Allahabad University has been appointed as the vice-chancellor of Jananayak Chandrashekhar University, Ballia.

The appointment order was issued on May 20 by Uttar Pradesh governor and chancellor of state universities, Anandiben Patel.Prof Shukla currently holds key administrative responsibilities, including dean of College Development Council and Dean of Student Welfare at AU. He is also serving as the head of the Electronics and Communication Department.Apart from his academic and administrative roles, Prof Shukla previously served as registrar of AU. Speaking on his new responsibility, Prof Shukla said, “I am grateful to the Governor and the state govt for reposing faith in me. I will work with full dedication to strengthen academic quality, research and the overall development of the University.”
