• Between July 2022 and February 2026, the accused—Danish Shaikh, Tausif Attar, and Nida Khan—who were employed at a renowned multinational company, hurt the religious sentiments of the female complainant (also an employee of the company) by making offensive remarks regarding deities of the Hindu religion. Furthermore, the accused, Tausif Attar, promised to marry the complainant and engaged in sexual relations with her on multiple occasions. Additionally, the accused Danish Shaikh, by physically grabbing the complainant within the company's office and lobby, engaged in conduct intended to establish sexual intimacy with her—behaviour that caused her shame and embarrassment. Consequently, the present case has been registered.

• Between May 2, 2023, and March 19, 2026, the aforementioned accused—Raza Memon and Shahrukh Qureshi—who were employed at a renowned multinational company, subjected the female complainant (also an employee) to conduct that caused her shame and embarrassment. They did so by staring intently at her, physically touching her, and making shameful remarks regarding her personal and marital life. Although the complainant repeatedly lodged verbal complaints regarding these incidents with the company's Head Officer, the officer failed to take cognisance of her complaints regarding the molestation; instead, by their inaction, they effectively abetted the actions of Raza Memon and Shahrukh. Consequently, the present case has been registered.

• Between 2022 and February 2026, the accused, Shafi Shaikh—an employee of a renowned multinational company—caused shame and embarrassment to the female complainant by staring fixedly at her chest during meetings while smiling mischievously. Furthermore, the accused Tausif caused her shame by making humiliating remarks regarding her personal and marital life, specifically concerning her lack of children; he also physically grabbed her and engaged in conduct intended to establish sexual intimacy with her—behaviour that caused her shame. Consequently, the present case has been registered.

• Between May 2025 and December 2025, Tasif Attar—an employee of a renowned multinational company—with the intent of making unwanted advances toward the complainant, asked her shameful questions regarding her private life. Furthermore, he stared fixedly at her chest and made gestures toward his own private parts; these actions caused the complainant to feel deeply humiliated. Additionally, while the complainant and other Hindu female colleagues were working in the office, he made offensive remarks to the complainant regarding Hindu deities, thereby hurting the religious sentiments of the complainant and her colleagues. Consequently, the present case has been registered.

• Between the year 2022 and March 23, 2026, the accused—Tasif Attar, Danish, Shahrukh Shaikh, and Raza Memon—all employees of a renowned multinational company, used abusive language regarding the deities of the complainant's religion. They forcibly compelled the complainant to perform Namaz (Islamic prayer) and, furthermore, insulted Hindu deities and the Hindu religion. Furthermore, an attempt was made to forcibly convert the complainant's religion by compelling her to consume non-vegetarian food; additionally, obscene language and derogatory remarks were directed at women belonging to the Hindu faith. Consequently, the present case has been registered.

• Between September 6, 2024, and February 2026, the accused—Asif Ansari and Shafi Sheikh—who were employed at a renowned multinational company, passed obscene comments regarding the physique of the complainant (a female colleague). Moreover, they deliberately touched the complainant's legs and chest, engaging in conduct intended to cause her shame and outrage her modesty. Additionally, the accused, Tausif Attar, made offensive remarks concerning Hindu deities, thereby hurting the religious sentiments of both the complainant and the Hindu community; hence, this case has been registered.

• Between June 7, 2025, and March 2026, while employed at a renowned multinational company, the accused—Asif Ansari, Shahrukh Qureshi, Ruja Menon, Tausif Attar, and Shafi Sheikh—stalked the female complainant (a colleague). They subjected her to obscene verbal remarks, touched her in an indecent manner, and molested her by casting lewd glances at her. Furthermore, as abusive language was used regarding Hindu deities—thereby offending the religious sentiments of the complainant and the Hindu faith—the present offence has been registered.

• Between January 2025 and the present date, while employed at a renowned multinational company, the accused—identified as Raza Memon and Shafi Shaikh—repeatedly engaged the female complainant in conversations regarding her private life, despite her lack of interest, in an attempt to establish physical intimacy with her. Specifically, the accused Shafi proposed to the complainant against her wishes, while the accused, Raza Memon, made obscene remarks regarding the complainant's body. Additionally, both accused individuals would physically brush against the complainant, thereby causing her to feel shame and embarrassment; consequently, the present offence has been registered.

• Between January 2026 and April 1, 2026, while employed at a renowned multinational company, the accused—identified as Raza Memon and Shahrukh Qureshi—made obscene comments and engaged in lewd gestures toward the complainant. Furthermore, despite the complainant's lack of interest, they repeatedly inquired about her private life and kept her under constant surveillance. Additionally, they made obscene comments regarding the complainant's physical appearance, engaging in conduct that caused her to feel shame and embarrassment; consequently, the present offence has been registered.
