Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday said Iran no longer had the capability to enrich uranium or produce ballistic missiles after more than two weeks of relentless US-Israeli airstrikes.

Addressing a press conference, Netanyahu said, “We are winning, and Iran is being decimated." He said Iran’s missile and drone arsenal is being massively degraded and will be destroyed.

“What we’re destroying now are the factories that produce the components to make these missiles and to make the nuclear weapons that they’re trying to produce," he said. However, Netanyahu did not provide any evidence for his claim that Iran no longer had the capacity to enrich uranium.

Netanyahu asserted that Iran “is weaker than ever" while Israel is a regional power “and some would say a world power, adding that the campaign against Tehran would continue for “as long as necessary."

Meanwhile, Iran launched another wave of missiles as Netanyahu was addressing the press conference. The Israeli military also said a new wave of missiles had been launched towards it.
