New Delhi: In some reports, it has been reported that Samsung’s upcoming flagship Galaxy S27 Ultra has surfaced in some early leaks online, and it has also been suggested that it might come with changes to storage and processor.
This device might unveil UFS 5.0 onboard storage and the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro processor.
This development comes months after introducing its Galaxy S26 series unveil, suggesting that experimentation on the upcoming generation is already underway.
In early leaks, it has been suggested that Samsung might bring UFS 5.0 onboard storage to selected models in the Galaxy S27 series, with the Ultra variant expected to receive it. UFS 5.0 is likely to deliver higher data transfer speeds compared to the UFS 4.0 used in the current Galaxy S26 Ultra.
It comes with faster storage that will reduce the application load times and will also improve the file transfers.
Furthermore, reports also suggested that the update might not expand across the entire series. Standard Galaxy S27 and Galaxy S27+ might continue with UFS 4.0 or any minor updates, similar to other Android devices that are currently using UFS 4.1.
