Las Vegas Raiders urged to explore $58M Cleveland Browns Pro Bowl WR amid concerns over 2025 form.(Image via X)
The Las Vegas Raiders’ 2025 season was a pretty disappointing one, with it being the fourth season in a row of missing the playoffs. With just three wins and fourteen losses in the last season, the Las Vegas Raiders are working hard on their roster.
Las Vegas Raiders tipped to lean on the Cleveland Browns’ wide receiver Jerry Jeudy amid a poor performance in the last season
While the Las Vegas Raiders recently signed Jalen Nailor, the team is now being encouraged to seek the Cleveland Browns’ star wide receiver, Jerry Jeudy.
A few hours ago, Sports Illustrated’s Ryan Shea noted in a report, “Hypothetically, the Las Vegas Raiders could look to add wide receiver Jerry Jeudy to their roster as they prepare for the 2026 season…”Ryan Shea added, “Jeudy’s proven route running, ability to create separation, and deep-field explosiveness could give the franchise quarterback a reliable weapon right away. His presence would help stretch defenses, open opportunities for other receivers, and immediately elevate the Raiders’ passing attack…”He continued, “Jeudy is a polished route runner who can stretch the field, create separation, and give Mendoza a reliable WR1 to build chemistry with from day one.” This has sparked a debate, considering how the Cleveland Browns’ star wide receiver, Jerry Jeudy, failed to perform well in the last season after a stellar performance in the 2024 season. However, the Las Vegas Raiders have stayed away from commenting on the speculations. The Cleveland Browns’ star player, Jerry Jeudy, showed immense potential when he was traded to the team in 2024 by the Denver Broncos.Jerry Jeudy was also named to his first Pro Bowl in the 2024 season after he recorded 90 receptions for 1229 receiving yards with four touchdowns in just 17 games.
While the Cleveland Browns’ fans expected a lot from him in the 2025 season, unfortunately, Jerry Jeudy’s performance recorded a steady decline. In the last season, the 26 year old Cleveland Browns’ wide receiver recorded 50 receptions for 602 yards and two touchdowns in 17 games.A few days ago, as per Cleveland.com, analyst Dan Labbe opened up about the decline in his performance as he said, “Maybe the version of Jeudy we saw in 2024 was an outlier, but it’s hard to believe the version we saw in 2025 is going to be what he is for the remainder of his time with the Browns…”With a $58 million contract with the Cleveland Browns, all eyes are on whether Jerry Jeudy will be able to prove his worth in the next season.
