Nishad Moidu appointed Scouts and Guides Commissioner

Nishad Moidu, a native of Valanchery in the district, has been appointed State Commissioner of the Kerala State Bharat Scouts and Guides. He will oversee the State-level activities of the organisation’s Rover wing, which focuses on youth development, leadership training and community service.

Mr. Nishad, who has been associated with scouting for several years, has held various positions in the organisation. His contributions to promoting leadership skills, service orientation and social responsibility among young people were cited among the factors behind his appointment.
