Budget Session Parliament 2026 Live Updates: Parliament is set to reconvene at 11 am on Monday following a stormy week dominated by repeated interruptions over the India-US trade agreement and references to an unreleased book by former Army chief General MM Naravane on the 2020 Galwan clash with China. Continuous protests by Opposition members brought proceedings in both Houses to a standstill, prompting Prime Minister Narendra Modi to skip the Lok Sabha and instead respond to the President’s address in the Rajya Sabha.
