Police begin probe into harassment of youth

In a shocking turn of events in Muzaffarpur, villagers took matters into their own hands against a man accused of harassing a disabled woman. Following a village council's ruling, the man faced severe public humiliation—his head shaved and face blackened—before being paraded through the streets.
