The keynote session was led by Som Tyagi, known for his work in Madhyasth Darshan (Jeevan Vidya). He explained the difference between the self and the physical body, and how both have different needs. He stressed that true happiness does not come only from money or success, but from inner growth and a positive state of mind.

He also guided entrepreneurs on how to manage stress, maintain mental balance, and find fulfilment in both personal and professional life. Drawing from his 25 years of experience, he shared practical insights on building better relationships within families and workplaces.

The event also focused on networking, team building, and maintaining healthy relationships with customers. Participants discussed how businesses can grow while also ensuring the well-being of employees and clients.

Progress Alliance has been working for over 12 years across 15+ cities in India, supporting a community of more than 6,500 members. Through regular meetings and practical initiatives, the organisation continues to help entrepreneurs grow both personally and professionally.

Alliance Growth Partner Kamal Deora played an important role in organising the event. Held at Happiness Banquet Hall in Simada, the meet ended with a strong message—success in business should go hand in hand with inner happiness and a balanced life.
