Puducherry Election Exit Poll Results 2026 LIVE Updates: With the conclusion of the voting in Puducherry on April 9, all eyes are now on the exit poll predictions for the contest, along with projections for Tamil Nadu, Assam, Kerala and West Bengal.
With the conclusion of the voting for West Bengal Assembly polls on April 29, the exit poll results for all five regions are likely to be released today. It is speculated that the predictions will be released only after the 6:30 pm deadline today.
Votes for all the states and the union territory will be counted together on Monday, May 4.
In the Assembly elections held on April 9, Puducherry registered a record 89.87 polling percentage, the highest so far since 1964 when the first election was held following the merger of the territory with India after its independence.
Puducherry recorded the highest voter turnout among third gender electors at 91.81 per cent during the recent Assembly polls. According to the data shared by the Election Commission between April 9 and April 23, Puducherry had 139 third gender electors, of whom 91.81 per cent exercised their franchise.
