‘Raaka’: Signature step of Allu Arjun’s character from the Atlee directorial to get copyright protection - Report

Tollywood star Allu Arjun is currently working on his upcoming mega sci-fi film ‘Raaka’ directed by ‘Jawan’ fame Atlee. According to the latest reports, the makers of one of the most anticipated films are trying to secure legal protection for Allu Arjun’s special mannerisms and dance steps used in the film.

Makers plan legal protection for signature style

As per Moneycontrol, it is said that the team has even approached the Delhi High Court for copyright protection. If permission is given, other people may not be allowed to use Allu Arjun’s mannerisms, dialogue style, and signature moves from ‘Rakaa’, for commercial purposes.Usually, popular dance steps and hero mannerisms become trends among fans after release. But this time, the makers reportedly want to protect those signature styles legally.

Earlier, Allu Arjun’s famous “Taggede Le” style from Pushpa: The Rise became a massive trend across the country. People of all age groups copied the style and shared videos online. That mannerism became one of the biggest reasons behind the film’s popularity.

Now, fans are waiting to see what special style Raaka will introduce.At present, the shooting of Raaka is moving ahead quickly. At the same time, reports say some scenes are being filmed again to improve the final output.

Because of this, the movie may take more time to complete than expected.

Earlier on Allu Arjun’s birthday, the makers revealed the title and first look of the leading star from the film. In the poster, Allu Arjun looks very different. He has kohl-lined eyes, a receding hairline, and a thick grey beard. He covers part of his face with a clawed hand and stares straight. The pose is similar to his X (formerly Twitter) profile picture.Bollywood’s Deepika Padukone plays the female lead. Additionally, the film is also reported to include Mrunal Thakur, Janhvi Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna.
