Raghav Chadha News Live Updates: In a significant political development, Raghav Chadha on Friday announced that he will join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), along with a substantial section of the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Members of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha.

Addressing a press conference, Chadha claimed that nearly two-thirds of AAP’s Upper House MPs are set to move with him, marking a major setback for the party led by former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Among the prominent names expected to join the BJP are Harbhajan Singh and Swati Maliwal. Senior MPs Ashok Mittal and Sandeep Pathak were also present alongside Chadha during the announcement.

Explaining his decision to leave the party, Chadha expressed dissatisfaction with AAP’s current direction. “The party I dedicated 15 years of my life to has moved away from the ideals of honest politics. I find myself as the right person in the wrong party,” he said. He added that his move reflects a desire to reconnect with people and align with a political platform he believes better represents those values.
