'Rao Bahadur' box office collections day 3: Satyadev's film nears Rs 5 crore net; Worldwide gross touches Rs 8.52 crore

Satyadev's Rao Bahadur continued to register a stable performance at the box office over its opening weekend. The film, released in July 3 has also generated discussions for its unconventional storytelling, visual style and unique blend of psychological drama, dark comedy and magical realism.

Film nears Rs 5 crore India net collection

According to trade estimates by Sacnilk, 'Rao Bahadur' has collected an estimated Rs 4.85 crore (India net) after three days in theatres.The film's India gross collection currently stands at Rs 5.52 crore, while its overseas earnings have reached Rs 3 crore. The film's worldwide gross collection has climbed to Rs 8.52 crore.On Day 3 (Sunday) alone, the film earned around Rs 1.02 crore (India net) and Rs 1.15 crore (India gross).

The collections came from 925 shows, with an overall occupancy of 28%.

AP-Telangana continues to lead

Andhra Pradesh and Telangana together have contributed Rs 2.80 crore to the overall collections so far.Karnataka has emerged as the second-best performing market with collections of Rs 33 lakhs while Tamil Nadu and other regions have also added to the domestic total.

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma shared a glowing review on social media, applauding both director Venkatesh Maha and lead actor Satyadev.
